Roberta C. Johnson, CPA
Roberta specializes in the small business, computer consulting and taxation segments of the firm. She provides small businesses with accounting, payroll, tax, and management expertise for their everyday needs as well as special situations. In addition, Roberta assists small businesses with the selection, implementation and staff training of accounting software. She is the 1998-1999 president of the Huntington Chapter of the West Virginia Society of CPAs and currently has served on the board of directors of the Greater Huntington Estate Planning Council. She is a past president of the Huntington Chapter of the American Society of Women Accountants. Roberta holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an Associate's of Business degree in Computer Science. She has taught accounting, finance and computer courses as an Adjunct Professor at Marshall University.

Carolyn J. Bagby Practice Manager

Lauren Mayo, CPA
Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, OH. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the West Virginia Society of Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to joining the firm she was employed with the Internal Revenue Service as an Income Tax Revenue Agent in Palm Beach County, Florida for five years and an Anti-Money Laundering Revenue Agent in Charleston, WV for two years. Lauren is currently on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization, Faith In Action. She also is a member of its Executive Committee and holds the office of Secretary. Lauren's practice specializes in Federal income tax issues at the firm.

Mandy Hill, CPA
Mandy Hill joined Bagby & Weaver, AC in December 2006 and currently has over 9 years of public accounting experience. Mandy is the secretary/treasurer of the Huntington Chapter of Certified Public Accountants and President of the Pinnacle Chapter of BNI. Mandy graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Marshall University in December of 1999. She is a member of the AICPA and the WV Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mandy specializes in corporate taxation, but is also involved in the compilation, individual taxation, payroll and software training and implementation segments of the firm.

Becky Huff, Accountant
Becky has been with the company since January 2008. She graduated from Marshall University in 1978 with a BBA in Accounting. Becky spent 18 years working as a controller in property management and construction industries. She also has 13 years experience in public accounting specializing in working with small businesses. Currently, Becky splits her time as an accountant at Bagby & Weaver, AC and as the office and accounting manager at First Choice Bookkeeping, Inc.

Susan S. Qian, Accountant
Susan graduated from Marshall University in 2009 with a MBA concentrated in Accounting. She has two years experience in tax preparation and small business accounting. She is currently preparing to sit for the CPA exam.

Amanda White, Accountant
Amanda is a graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH with a BSBA in Accounting as well as an MBA concentrated in Accounting. She has 8 years experience in public accounting. Amanda specializes in general accounting and taxation of the firm.

Victoria Herman, Staff Accountant
Victoria L. Herman is a staff accountant and has been a member of our firm since January 2004. Victoria graduated from Ohio University with a degree in accounting and has worked in both public and private accounting since 1994. Victoria serves our clientele in the areas of Individual and Corporate Income Tax, Payroll, Sales and other various business taxes. Victoria also serves as our billing clerk and provides various administrative duties.

Julie Pine, Office Manager
Julie joined the firm in December 2007. She graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Accounting and is currently working on her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Julie serves as the office manager as well as assisting with billing and providing various other administrative duties to the firm.
